The first thing you need to think about is the domain name.  This can be your business name or your main product .  Is the domain name available?  We can help here, please ask.  If you are using our services please do not purchase your domain name elsewhere - if you do you may incur transfer fees.

Our domain name registration fee is much lower than the majority so please call us to discuss.  We offer FREE transfer in of *.co.uk if you already have a domain name with this extension and FREE *.co.uk with new website design and host services.

CONTENT  
Do you have, or are you able to write content yourself?  Perhaps you have some brochures or leaflets available that we can take information from?  If not don’t worry, we are used to writing content for websites.   

What information do you have that will entice prospectors to make a purchase or booking.  Can you have it ready for us.

THE WIREFRAME

The wireframe or plan is pretty much the layout of your website.  If you think of it a bit like a drawing or map of your website.   Have  a think about how many columns you want to have on each page and the overall look.  Where do you want your logo, navigation bar, twitter or Facebook feeds.  

Do you want a picture header, a gallery, a slider, or a video.  Do you want the same one of every page, on alternative pages, or a different one on every page.

GIVE US SOME LINKS
Perhaps you seen a few websites online you like the look of.  If so, put the website addresses in the comments box above when making your enquiry say “like the look of www…..” Or  “like (name a particular function on www….) this may be a form, gallery or other.

COLOUR SCHEME
Is there a particular colour scheme you would like to use?  If so please let us know.

LOGOS and SLOGANS
Do you have a logo and slogan?  This can be added too.  Do you have it in a ready format?

PRIVACY POLICIES
Do you have any privacy policies ready to go on your site.  If you do not, do not worry we do have a few which can be slightly modified to suit.

How big is your website.  If it is only 5-8 pages you may find navigation is a doddle with a button for each page.  However, if your site is larger, have a think about what sub or child pages can go under which parent page.

GOOGLE MAPS
Are you Google Maps?  If so we can add a Google Map to your website.

SITEMAP
A sitemap on your website makes it easier for search engines to find specific pages.

Your website can be verified by Google and  Yahoo.  Doing so helps it to be found by search engines.

SEO - SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMISATION:  Do you know what search criteria you want to use in your site so that people can find your business quickly and easily?  If so, please let us know and we will ensure your site reaches the top of Google and hundreds of other search engines, by the domain name, place and various other variables - to meet with specifications.

Once we have put together a DRAFT of your website it will be emailed to you in *pdf format for you to read over and check.  When we are all agreed your website is the best it can be and your website has been signed off we will put it online and publish it to 100s of different search engines.
